Atmakarma/pranakarma is the true karma, others one can say are non-karmas, it is just to maintain one's livelihood some actions are required, therefore some actions cannot be forsaken completely.Attachment to the world originates from desire, desire originates from kinetic mind & the kinetic mind originates from dynamic prana.But there are not any billows in a still prana.Thus mind,desire,attachment are all absent.Nevertheless carnality,wealth remain, the disposition or attachment towards are all absent they no longer pose as an impediment.In a word,one has to go beyond desires or be passive. As long as volition persists,till then attachment & impediment will obviously remain.therefore through atmankarma annihilate volition or aspiration first.When the desires are annihilated a state of non-attachment will arrive,then carnality,wealth & the material world will not act as deterrents.so by practicing kechari all the senses are controlled.Attachment Cannot completely be relinquished with the help of the present kinetic mind because as long as prana remains dynamic the mind remains kinetic.As long as mind is kinetic attachment will prevail till then. Passion anger greed illusion arrogance envy mind intelligence intellect pride,hunger,thirst sleep sloth audition olfaction thoughts anxieties attachment love affection vanity body consciousness etc all types of physical & mental propensities & dispositions which are existent have been derived from the dynamic prana.I a word all that can be observed in a living state have all originated from the vibratory prana.Immediately after birth,prana becomes active & breathing commences.As long as prana will remain dynamic.till then the breathing will continue & a living being  will remain alive.therefore as long as prana remains vibratory or breathing continues,till then all the aforesaid types of physical & mental propensities & dispositions will be prevalent.Again the more pranakarma is practiced the more prana will progress towards stillness.the more progress is made towards stillness the more those propensities & dispositions will decrease.In this manner when prana becomes completely still or there is an cessation of vibration, then none of them will exist as in a still prana any type of propensity or body-consciousness does not prevail.this is the true purification of elements.After vibration has been exterminated, this 5 elemental body becomes purified.Therefore the dead loses all kinds of differentiation.Again this is the real Upvasa or fasting.UPA means Near.When prana becomes still settlement occurs near the soul.Abstinence from food is not the actual fasting or upavasa again prana is the purohita(priest) puro means body abode &hita means benedictions because he is the one to be dwell in this body abode & when he becomes still the actual benefit for the welfare of the living being occurs therefore he is regarded as the living being;s benefactor.prana maintains an equilibrium on either side,one is dynamic,the other still.If one side increases,the other side decreases. Love devotion affection all these depend upon the existence of pana's dynamic state in the body.the love between mother & child,between husband & wife,the devotee's love towards god, the root of all these is that prana.Body cannot love body,if so why don't you love your wife's  or husband's dead body, because prana is absent.Prana loves prana because the source of all love is prana without prana there is no love or affection.therefore you must your own prana,nurse him by practicing prankarma only,one can serve god.if this is performed the universal prana can be comprehended, then you will have equality of vision in all creatures & all elements.just as the knowledge about the sea can be acquired by observing it from the seashore,it is not necessary to see the entire sea,similarly if own inherent prana is realized knowledge of sublime prana can be attained.Six charkas are prevalent in all human bodies.The dynamic prana flowing through these six chakras confines everyone.If you can become supportless with the help of pranakarma or take recourse in the void,the six chakras will become non functional.Then you can realize that the obstructions of the six chakras has been released.void means nothingness & settling is this nothingness clears all the impediments.the company of inner breath is the true company because as long as this is existent a living being entity's exist therefore breath is real.If an association is made with this breathing,settlement is the void occurs,then authority,thoughts,sins,soul-engrossment is derived.Kundalini is the source of power,she is dormant,she exists by taking support fro them,she takes resource to Siva or the void & become independent or supportless.this means that my supportless state is the state of controller of the universe & only this state can save me.Initially a living being considers the gross essence to be the shelter.But actual shelter for a living being is the void essence,where there is not support.a living being attains eternal safety if he can achieve settlement in the AJNA CHAKRA.Above the ajna chakra it is inexpressible & beneath it is expressible.therefore that which still the breathing motion is dharma & its reverse is adhrama therefore we do meditation to still the prana only when the waves of thoughts are silenced in the sea the pearl below is seen or atman is seen.Action cannot be the cause of bondage.Hoping for the consequences of action is the cause of bondage.There is no difference of action between good & bad of action.If one attaches oneself with the material cravings &  performs actions then result of the performing actions will be Evil.
