Both Male & Females Of Agegroups from 9 years
to 60 Years Can Join The Course.
They can be of Any Nationality & Understanding of English
Good Behaviour Discipline Regularity
Should be free from any Major Health Problems ( Should Consult our Yoga Teacher personally
Before Joining)
Students should Abstain From Taking Non-Veg Drugs Alcohol Smoking Unregulated Sex
Life & Other Addictions.
What to Bring?
Clothing - Loose & comfortable clothes for summer
& warm for winter.
Note - You are kindly requested to wear T-shirts / shirts (covering shoulders) and long
pants(below knees).
Photos - 3 Passport size Photos & photocopy
of Passport with Indian Visa.
Valuables - You are Not Required to bring
valuables, we are not responsible for any loss or damages.
Yoga Mats - Please bring your own mats, but if required we can
provide mats at Extra cost.
Miscellaneous - Your own medicines & personal toiletaries

28 degrees celcius
Winter time - Warm clothes are required
March - temperatures 18 degrees to 32 degrees celcius
Spring
April - May - June - temperatures 24 degrees to
38 degrees celcius
Summer - Warm to very hot
July- August - September - temperatures 20 degrees
to 35 degrees celcius
Rainy season Monsoon - Rainy clothes are required
October - November - temperatures 18 degrees to
32 degrees celcius
